twosies
A game for two · iOS & Android

Guess what they'd say.
Then find out.

Twosies is a nightly game for two people who think they already know each other. You answer about yourself, you guess their answer, and nobody sees anything until you both have. That's the whole game. Five minutes. Surprisingly hard.

Free to start. One of you pays, both of you play.

A couple on a sofa laughing at their phones
Twosies question screen: “Your phone hits 1%. What do you do?” with four answers and a second step to guess the partner’s
Twosies reveal screen: one of you called the other’s answer, the other one missed
It’s a match!
How it works

Every question is played twice: once about you, once about them.

  1. 1 Step 1

    Answer for yourself

Pick one of four. Big spoon or little spoon, text or call, plan it or wing it.

“Would you rather be big spoon or little spoon?”
  2. 2 Step 2

    Guess theirs

Now the same question, but you are predicting your partner. This is where it gets interesting.

You think Anna says… little spoon.
  3. 3 Step 3

    The reveal

Both answers and both guesses, side by side. Right guesses raise your score. Wrong ones start the best conversations.

Sam: little spoon · Anna: little spoon · Nobody guessed it.

Other apps put guessing in one mini-game. In Twosies it is on every card with options, so the “how well do I know you” number is always live and always moving.

The five tests

Other apps ask how happy you are. We ask how you two are built.

Five short quizzes type each of you on the things that actually shape a relationship. Then you guess each other’s type, and Twosies writes one text about your specific combination, not two separate profiles.

A “How you fight” result on its own is a horoscope. The same result next to your partner’s, with a text written for exactly that pair, is a plan for the next argument.

You × Them = One text about the two of you
Three numbers, kept apart

A streak, a guess rate, and an agreement score. Each one measures something different.

12 day streak

Your streak

Days in a row you finished the daily path. Personal to each of you, and one missed day a week is forgiven. Midnight resets are how apps lose people.

71% guessed right

How well you know them

Only counts cards where you predicted their answer. Yours and theirs are separate, so “you got me 71%, I got you 55%” is a real conversation.

64% in agreement

How alike you see things

From “who is more likely to…” rounds and the monthly check-in. Shared, because it is about the two of you, not either one.

Activities by area

Ten areas. Decks you can finish in one evening.

Pricing

One payment. Two players.

Whoever pays, the other one plays free. No per-person pricing. The only free trial is three days on the annual plan, and cancelling inside it costs nothing.

Nothing sneaky about cancelling

The annual trial lasts three days; cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you pay nothing. Monthly and annual cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings in two taps, and we tell you exactly where the button is. Lifetime has nothing to cancel.

Prices in USD; your store shows local pricing. Billed by Apple or Google.

Why not one of the other couples apps

Three things we do differently on purpose.

  1. 1

You guess on every card, not in one mini-game.

Most apps show you your partner’s answer. Twosies makes you predict it first, every time, so “how well do I know you” is a live number instead of a feeling.

  2. 2

We type how you work, not how happy you are.

Satisfaction check-ins tell you the temperature. Five short tests tell you the wiring: how each of you attaches, fights, repairs, cares and jokes, and what that combination means.

  3. 3

One payment covers both of you, and lifetime is on the menu.

No per-person seats, no expert galleries. Other couples apps default to about $79 a year; that is what Twosies costs once, for good. A game should cost like a game.

After dark

The spicy decks exist. They are behind a door you both have to open.

Intensity levels 3 and 4 never show up in the daily path or in “play more”. They unlock only after each of you taps yes on that specific deck, and either of you can close the door again. Twosies is rated 18+ for a reason, and that reason is opt-in.

FAQ

Things people ask before they play

My partner hasn’t installed it yet. Can I start?

Yes. You can answer the daily question and play the solo side of any deck; your answers wait for them. Guessing and the reveal need both of you, so send the invite link early.

Is this a therapy app?

No. Twosies is a game with a personality layer inside. The five tests describe patterns, not diagnoses, and nothing in the app is a substitute for a real counsellor.

Who pays?

One of you. A single monthly, annual or lifetime purchase covers both accounts in the pair for as long as the pair exists.

Does it work long distance?

It was designed for it. You each answer on your own phone whenever you like; the reveal happens when both of you have answered, and the chat lives right under the card.

How does the 18+ content work?

Adult decks are locked until both partners confirm on that specific deck. They never appear in the daily path, and either of you can lock them again at any time.

What if we break up?

Either of you can end the pair. Each person keeps a read-only copy of the shared history and nothing new is visible to the other. Deleting your account removes your answers from their view too.

What happens to my streak if I miss a day?

One missed day a week is forgiven automatically. Streaks are personal, so your partner’s late night doesn’t cost you yours.

Can I cancel? What if I bought lifetime?

Monthly and annual cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; access runs to the end of the paid period. Cancel the annual plan at least 24 hours before its 3-day trial ends and you are not charged. Lifetime never renews, so there is nothing to cancel, and both of you keep it as long as the pair exists.

Can anyone else see our answers?

No. Answers are visible only to the two people in the pair, and only after both have answered the same card. We don’t sell data and we don’t show ads.

Think you know them? Prove it.

Download Twosies, send them the invite link, and play the first round tonight.
